When pharmaco came to us, they were in need of a comprehensive digital strategy. We started by looking at all of their internal processes and talking to every member of their staff to get a complete understanding of the business and their customers. After a week of on-site consultation, we created a digital strategy that covered operations, fulfilment, eCommerce, marketing, and their website. The strategy involved streamlining internal processes and implementing new technologies. It also included a plan for how to better engage with their customers online.
